HOW DO I VOLUNTEER?

We accept any volunteers with a heart to serve. We are always in need of physical, occupational, and speech therapists! If you are another type of healthcare professional, please reach out to us with a call, text or email and we will find a way for you to volunteer with us!

HOW DO I BECOME A PATIENT?

We first need a script from a referring provider. This can be any doctor you are following up with. You as the patient can hold on to it or the doctor and/or you can email it to us at wellcommunitytherapy@gmail.com. Once we have the script, we will reach out to you as the patient and place you on our waitlist. We are volunteer run and try to move through our list as quickly as possible, but we keep our patients in therapy as long as they are making progress! Once we have availability we will call or text you to let you know that we can schedule an appointment.

We host clinic on Wednesday evenings from 5-7:15. 

WHAT IF I SPEAK A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE?

We often times have interpreters mainly for Spanish speaking patients, but if you speak a different language we welcome family members to help as well.

WHAT DIAGNOSES DO YOU TREAT?

We treat all diagnoses and injuries! We have treated ranging from but not limited to patients post stroke, patient with a spinal cord injury, fractures, cardiac conditions, and a variety of post- surgical cases. We even can treat pediatric patients as well!

AM I ABLE TO DONATE FINANCIALLY TO YOU AND/OR DO YOU ACCEPT EQUIPMENT?

We absolutely accept monetary donations and that money is directly utilized to cover equipment for our patients in the clinic for rehab or for items for home to make their lives easier as they recover. On that note, we also accept items that you are no longer using and we can pass that on to our patients as well to help them navigate life a little easier.
